Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

The best performers of the session on the were Dr Soliman Abdel Kader Fakeeh (TADAWUL:), which rose 7.02% or 4.20 points to trade at 64.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Sadr Logistics Co (TADAWUL:) added 6.36% or 0.21 points to end at 3.51 and United Cooperative Assurance Co (TADAWUL:) was up 5.40% or 0.60 points to 11.72 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Al Sagr Co-operative Insurance Co (TADAWUL:), which fell 4.78% or 1.10 points to trade at 21.90 at the close. Miahona Holding SCJSC (TADAWUL:) declined 3.41% or 1.50 points to end at 42.50 and International Company for Water and Power Projects (ACWA Power) (TADAWUL:) was down 3.25% or 12.80 points to 381.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 162 to 127 and 20 ended unchanged.
Shares in Dr Soliman Abdel Kader Fakeeh (TADAWUL:) rose to all time highs; rising 7.02% or 4.20 to 64.00.
Crude oil for September delivery was down 0.88% or 0.69 to $77.95 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in September fell 0.75% or 0.62 to hit $82.01 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract fell 0.05% or 1.25 to trade at $2,397.85 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was unchanged 0.03% to 4.08, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.02% at 104.09.
