Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the gained 0.49%.
The best performers of the session on the were DSV Panalpina A/S (CSE:), which rose 2.45% or 29.00 points to trade at 1,213.50 at the close. Meanwhile, Coloplast A/S (CSE:) added 2.43% or 20.80 points to end at 878.40 and Pandora A/S (CSE:) was up 2.18% or 23.00 points to 1,076.50 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Danske Bank A/S (CSE:), which fell 2.56% or 5.50 points to trade at 209.40 at the close. GN Store Nord (CSE:) declined 1.90% or 3.30 points to end at 170.00 and Rockwool International B (CSE:) was down 1.17% or 34.00 points to 2,884.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 84 to 54 and 14 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for September delivery was down 0.79% or 0.62 to $78.02 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in September fell 0.73% or 0.60 to hit $82.03 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract fell 0.49% or 11.85 to trade at $2,387.25 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was unchanged 0.02% to 6.86, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.01% to 7.46.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.02% at 104.09.
