Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the fell 1.56%.
The best performers of the session on the were Zealand Pharma A/S (CSE:), which rose 2.15% or 19.50 points to trade at 926.00 at the close. Meanwhile, DSV Panalpina A/S (CSE:) added 1.22% or 15.00 points to end at 1,249.00 and Genmab (CSE:) was up 1.00% or 19.00 points to 1,923.50 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were GN Store Nord (CSE:), which fell 2.51% or 4.40 points to trade at 170.80 at the close. NKT Holding (CSE:) declined 2.41% or 14.50 points to end at 586.00 and Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:) was down 2.30% or 20.80 points to 881.60.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 88 to 42 and 21 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for September delivery was up 0.35% or 0.27 to $77.86 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in September rose 0.07% or 0.06 to hit $81.77 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract fell 2.14% or 51.65 to trade at $2,364.05 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.14% to 6.87, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.00% to 7.46.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.08% at 104.04.
