Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Wednesday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.

The best performers of the session on the were Red Sea Housing Services Company (TADAWUL:), which rose 9.96% or 4.80 points to trade at 53.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Batic Investments and Logistics Co (TADAWUL:) added 5.22% or 0.18 points to end at 3.63 and Saudi Awwal Bank SJSC (TADAWUL:) was up 4.32% or 1.45 points to 35.05 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Gulf Insurance Group (TADAWUL:), which fell 2.59% or 0.85 points to trade at 32.00 at the close. Tanmiah Food Company SCJSC (TADAWUL:) declined 2.56% or 3.80 points to end at 144.40 and Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance (TADAWUL:) was down 2.55% or 0.44 points to 16.84.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 173 to 116 and 24 ended unchanged.
Shares in Red Sea Housing Services Company (TADAWUL:) rose to 52-week highs; gaining 9.96% or 4.80 to 53.00.
Crude oil for November delivery was down 0.49% or 0.34 to $69.62 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November fell 0.50% or 0.37 to hit $73.33 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.39% or 10.20 to trade at $2,602.60 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was unchanged 0.07% to 4.18, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.01% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.03% at 100.53.
