Investing.com – Norway stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Oslo, the lost 0.76%.
The best performers of the session on the were Nel ASA (OL:), which rose 1.91% or 0.08 points to trade at 4.27 at the close. Meanwhile, Tomra Systems ASA (OL:) added 1.22% or 1.80 points to end at 148.90 and Borr Drilling Ltd (OL:) was up 0.81% or 0.45 points to 56.35 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were TGS NOPEC Geophysical Company ASA (OL:), which fell 2.64% or 2.60 points to trade at 95.80 at the close. Subsea 7 SA (OL:) declined 1.96% or 3.50 points to end at 175.10 and Kongsberg Gruppen ASA (OL:) was down 1.84% or 21.00 points to 1,119.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Oslo Stock Exchange by 140 to 120 and 44 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for November delivery was down 2.28% or 1.61 to $69.06 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 2.12% or 1.58 to hit $72.87 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.93% or 25.20 to trade at $2,732.70 a troy ounce.
EUR/NOK was up 0.31% to 11.87, while USD/NOK rose 0.15% to 10.93.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.27% at 103.37.
