Investing.com – Norway stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

The best performers of the session on the were Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA (OL:), which rose 1.58% or 0.17 points to trade at 10.60 at the close. Meanwhile, Golden Ocean Group Ltd (OL:) added 1.32% or 1.55 points to end at 118.60 and Subsea 7 SA (OL:) was up 0.48% or 0.80 points to 168.30 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were SalMar ASA (OL:), which fell 3.29% or 19.00 points to trade at 558.00 at the close. Nordic Semiconductor ASA (OL:) declined 2.51% or 2.80 points to end at 108.70 and Mowi ASA (OL:) was down 2.38% or 4.60 points to 189.05.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Oslo Stock Exchange by 176 to 92 and 35 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for December delivery was up 1.18% or 0.81 to $69.42 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January rose 1.05% or 0.76 to hit $72.92 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 1.77% or 49.60 to trade at $2,751.20 a troy ounce.
EUR/NOK was up 0.62% to 11.98, while USD/NOK rose 0.76% to 11.03.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.18% at 104.05.
