Investing.com – Sweden stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

The best performers of the session on the were SAAB AB ser. B (ST:), which rose 1.94% or 4.60 points to trade at 241.50 at the close. Meanwhile, Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson Class B (ST:) added 0.67% or 0.60 points to end at 89.80 and AstraZeneca PLC (ST:) was up 0.31% or 4.50 points to 1,454.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were NIBE Industrier AB ser. B (ST:), which fell 4.85% or 2.40 points to trade at 46.30 at the close. Svenska Cellulosa SCA AB B (ST:) declined 3.10% or 4.50 points to end at 140.80 and AB SKF B (ST:) was down 3.02% or 6.30 points to 202.40.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Stockholm Stock Exchange by 494 to 278 and 71 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for January delivery was down 0.25% or 0.17 to $68.77 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February fell 0.21% or 0.15 to hit $72.33 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.32% or 8.44 to trade at $2,651.04 a troy ounce.
EUR/SEK was up 0.08% to 11.53, while USD/SEK rose 0.29% to 11.01.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.24% at 107.03.
