Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the lost 0.77% to hit a new 6-months low.
The best performers of the session on the were AP Moeller – Maersk A/S A (CSE:), which rose 7.86% or 760.00 points to trade at 10,430.00 at the close. Meanwhile, AP Moeller – Maersk A/S B (CSE:) added 7.84% or 785.00 points to end at 10,800.00 and Danske Bank A/S (CSE:) was up 3.14% or 6.20 points to 202.20 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Zealand Pharma A/S (CSE:), which fell 2.83% or 23.00 points to trade at 790.50 at the close. Demant A/S (CSE:) declined 2.25% or 5.80 points to end at 251.60 and Coloplast A/S (CSE:) was down 2.24% or 19.60 points to 855.20.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 76 to 59 and 19 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for December delivery was up 0.89% or 0.61 to $69.22 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January rose 0.78% or 0.56 to hit $72.72 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 1.73% or 48.55 to trade at $2,752.25 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was unchanged 0.03% to 6.87, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.01% to 7.46.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.15% at 104.02.
