Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

The best performers of the session on the were NKT Holding (CSE:), which rose 3.10% or 18.50 points to trade at 615.00 at the close. Meanwhile, AP Moeller – Maersk A/S B (CSE:) added 2.57% or 300.00 points to end at 11,970.00 and AP Moeller – Maersk A/S A (CSE:) was up 2.53% or 290.00 points to 11,740.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were ISS A/S (CSE:), which fell 2.64% or 3.30 points to trade at 121.70 at the close. Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:) declined 2.04% or 21.00 points to end at 1,007.00 and Jyske Bank A/S (CSE:) was down 1.92% or 11.00 points to 561.50.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 79 to 52 and 23 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for August delivery was down 0.62% or 0.50 to $80.33 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in September fell 0.45% or 0.38 to hit $83.84 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract fell 0.80% or 18.55 to trade at $2,312.25 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.30% to 6.98, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.01% to 7.46.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.41% at 105.69.
