Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the fell 13.21% to hit a new 52-week low.
The best performers of the session on the were Demant A/S (CSE:), which rose 1.78% or 4.60 points to trade at 263.40 at the close. Meanwhile, Pandora A/S (CSE:) added 0.87% or 11.00 points to end at 1,274.50 and Coloplast A/S (CSE:) was up 0.86% or 6.80 points to 797.20 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:), which fell 20.72% or 154.00 points to trade at 589.20 at the close. Zealand Pharma A/S (CSE:) declined 3.77% or 28.50 points to end at 728.00 and Danske Bank A/S (CSE:) was down 2.56% or 5.20 points to 195.90.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 89 to 48 and 17 ended unchanged.
Shares in Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:) fell to 52-week lows; losing 20.72% or 154.00 to 589.20.
Crude oil for January delivery was down 1.84% or 1.30 to $69.28 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February fell 0.19% or 0.14 to hit $72.74 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 1.35% or 35.24 to trade at $2,643.34 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.53% to 7.16, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.00% to 7.46.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.52% at 107.58.
