Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the lost 3.10% to hit a new 3-months low.
The best performers of the session on the were ISS A/S (CSE:), which fell 0.17% or 0.20 points to trade at 120.70 at the close. Meanwhile, AP Moeller – Maersk A/S A (CSE:) fell 0.75% or 80.00 points to end at 10,520.00 and AP Moeller – Maersk A/S B (CSE:) was down 0.97% or 105.00 points to 10,730.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Genmab (CSE:), which fell 7.28% or 139.50 points to trade at 1,777.00 at the close. Zealand Pharma A/S (CSE:) declined 6.75% or 59.50 points to end at 821.50 and Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:) was down 6.46% or 10.80 points to 155.80.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 130 to 15 and 12 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for September delivery was down 0.33% or 0.24 to $73.28 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in October fell 0.27% or 0.21 to hit $76.60 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.91% or 22.50 to trade at $2,447.30 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.50% to 6.80, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.01% to 7.46.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.59% at 102.38.
