Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the declined 3.90% to hit a new 1-month low.
The best performers of the session on the were Oersted AS (CSE:), which rose 3.33% or 13.70 points to trade at 424.50 at the close. Meanwhile, Carlsberg A/S B (CSE:) added 0.72% or 6.00 points to end at 835.40 and Coloplast A/S (CSE:) was up 0.25% or 2.20 points to 898.20 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Pandora A/S (CSE:), which fell 6.08% or 65.50 points to trade at 1,011.00 at the close. GN Store Nord (CSE:) declined 5.06% or 9.10 points to end at 169.90 and Rockwool International B (CSE:) was down 5.00% or 148.00 points to 2,810.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 113 to 14 and 20 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for September delivery was down 3.75% or 2.86 to $73.45 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in October fell 3.35% or 2.66 to hit $76.86 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.51% or 12.55 to trade at $2,468.25 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 1.15% to 6.83, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.01% to 7.46.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 1.19% at 102.96.
