Investing.com – Finland stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Helsinki, the rose 0.07%.
The best performers of the session on the were Qt Group Oyj (HE:), which rose 3.27% or 2.90 points to trade at 91.45 at the close. Meanwhile, Fortum Oyj (HE:) added 1.21% or 0.17 points to end at 14.24 and Nokia Oyj (HE:) was up 0.70% or 0.03 points to 3.51 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Neste Oyj (HE:), which fell 1.54% or 0.28 points to trade at 18.20 at the close. Konecranes ABP (HE:) declined 1.47% or 0.90 points to end at 60.25 and Kojamo (HE:) was down 1.44% or 0.14 points to 9.57.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Helsinki Stock Exchange by 83 to 75 and 29 ended unchanged.
Shares in Qt Group Oyj (HE:) rose to 52-week highs; gaining 3.27% or 2.90 to 91.45.
Brent oil for October delivery was up 1.96% or 1.56 to $81.22 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Crude oil for delivery in September rose 2.45% or 1.88 to hit $78.72 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 1.15% or 28.50 to trade at $2,501.90 a troy ounce.
EUR/USD was unchanged 0.11% to 1.09, while EUR/GBP unchanged 0.05% to 0.86.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.04% at 103.00.
