Investing.com – Finland stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Helsinki, the declined 0.13%.
The best performers of the session on the were Kojamo (HE:), which rose 2.12% or 0.19 points to trade at 9.15 at the close. Meanwhile, Qt Group Oyj (HE:) added 1.90% or 1.35 points to end at 72.55 and Elisa Oyj (HE:) was up 1.70% or 0.70 points to 41.90 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were TietoEVRY Corp (HE:), which fell 2.12% or 0.37 points to trade at 17.07 at the close. Fortum Oyj (HE:) declined 2.09% or 0.29 points to end at 13.56 and Cargotec Oyj (HE:) was down 1.96% or 0.98 points to 49.02.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Helsinki Stock Exchange by 95 to 72 and 22 ended unchanged.
Brent oil for March delivery was down 0.98% or 0.79 to $80.22 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Crude oil for delivery in March fell 0.96% or 0.74 to hit $76.56 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.25% or 6.81 to trade at $2,685.41 a troy ounce.
EUR/USD was unchanged 0.45% to 1.03, while EUR/GBP rose 0.63% to 0.84.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.56% at 109.20.
