Investing.com – Finland stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Helsinki, the lost 0.21%.
The best performers of the session on the were Qt Group Oyj (HE:), which rose 1.36% or 1.25 points to trade at 93.20 at the close. Meanwhile, Outokumpu Oyj (HE:) added 1.22% or 0.04 points to end at 3.64 and Neste Oyj (HE:) was up 1.05% or 0.18 points to 17.38 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Valmet Oyj (HE:), which fell 3.10% or 0.92 points to trade at 28.76 at the close. Huhtamaki Oyj (HE:) declined 2.24% or 0.80 points to end at 34.90 and Kojamo (HE:) was down 1.91% or 0.20 points to 10.29.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Helsinki Stock Exchange by 84 to 76 and 30 ended unchanged.
Brent oil for December delivery was up 1.19% or 0.85 to $72.39 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Crude oil for delivery in November rose 1.20% or 0.82 to hit $69.00 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.46% or 12.35 to trade at $2,655.75 a troy ounce.
EUR/USD was unchanged 0.17% to 1.11, while EUR/GBP unchanged 0.33% to 0.83.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.25% at 100.36.
