Investing.com – Finland stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Helsinki, the lost 0.22%.
The best performers of the session on the were KONE Oyj (HE:), which rose 1.28% or 0.66 points to trade at 52.30 at the close. Meanwhile, Fortum Oyj (HE:) added 1.12% or 0.16 points to end at 14.50 and Sampo Oyj A (HE:) was up 0.61% or 0.25 points to 41.44 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Stora Enso Oyj R (HE:), which fell 3.29% or 0.40 points to trade at 11.61 at the close. Metsa Board Oyj B (HE:) declined 2.49% or 0.16 points to end at 6.06 and Mandatum Oyj (HE:) was down 1.85% or 0.08 points to 4.29.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Helsinki Stock Exchange by 115 to 43 and 31 ended unchanged.
Brent oil for December delivery was down 2.19% or 1.73 to $77.31 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Crude oil for delivery in November fell 2.33% or 1.76 to hit $73.80 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.48% or 12.90 to trade at $2,663.40 a troy ounce.
EUR/USD was unchanged 0.27% to 1.09, while EUR/GBP unchanged 0.10% to 0.84.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.33% at 103.02.
