Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.

The best performers of the session on the were BURUJ COOPERATIVE INSURANCE CO (TADAWUL:), which rose 9.99% or 2.00 points to trade at 22.02 at the close. Meanwhile, Red Sea Housing Services Company (TADAWUL:) added 9.97% or 2.90 points to end at 32.00 and Al Baha Investment and Development Company SJSC (TADAWUL:) was up 8.33% or 0.01 points to 0.13 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Riyadh Cement Co (TADAWUL:), which fell 4.30% or 1.15 points to trade at 25.60 at the close. The Company for Coop. Insurance (TADAWUL:) declined 2.01% or 3.40 points to end at 165.40 and Arabian Pipes Company (TADAWUL:) was down 1.70% or 2.40 points to 139.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 180 to 110 and 25 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for October delivery was down 0.56% or 0.42 to $75.12 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in October fell 0.58% or 0.46 to hit $79.22 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.28% or 7.20 to trade at $2,530.60 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was unchanged 0.09% to 4.14, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.01% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.27% at 102.03.
