Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Wednesday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the gained 0.60%.
The best performers of the session on the were Dr Soliman Abdel Kader Fakeeh (TADAWUL:), which rose 9.98% or 6.50 points to trade at 71.60 at the close. Meanwhile, National Agriculture Development Co (TADAWUL:) added 4.35% or 1.08 points to end at 25.90 and Al-Rajhi Cooperative Insurance (TADAWUL:) was up 4.02% or 6.80 points to 176.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Tamkeen Human Resources Co (TADAWUL:), which fell 4.29% or 3.00 points to trade at 67.00 at the close. Middle East Specialized Cables Co (TADAWUL:) declined 4.21% or 1.70 points to end at 38.70 and Rasan Information Technology (TADAWUL:) was down 3.62% or 2.80 points to 74.60.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 170 to 131 and 29 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for January delivery was up 0.24% or 0.17 to $70.11 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February rose 0.35% or 0.26 to hit $73.88 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract fell 0.24% or 6.34 to trade at $2,661.56 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was unchanged 0.00% to 3.95, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.03% to 3.76.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.18% at 106.53.
