Investing.com – Sweden stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Stockholm, the gained 0.69%.
The best performers of the session on the were SAAB AB ser. B (ST:), which rose 3.78% or 8.80 points to trade at 241.80 at the close. Meanwhile, Sinch AB (ST:) added 2.97% or 0.63 points to end at 21.81 and ASSA ABLOY AB ser. B (ST:) was up 2.05% or 6.80 points to 339.30 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Hexagon AB ser. B (ST:), which fell 2.76% or 2.80 points to trade at 98.80 at the close. Getinge AB ser. B (ST:) declined 1.67% or 3.30 points to end at 191.10 and Boliden AB (ST:) was down 1.20% or 4.00 points to 328.80.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Stockholm Stock Exchange by 419 to 384 and 61 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for December delivery was down 3.03% or 2.13 to $68.25 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January fell 2.68% or 1.98 to hit $71.89 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 2.74% or 73.85 to trade at $2,620.95 a troy ounce.
EUR/SEK was down 0.31% to 11.56, while USD/SEK rose 0.28% to 10.85.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.50% at 105.42.
