Investing.com – Sweden stocks were higher after the close on Friday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Stockholm, the rose 0.82%.
The best performers of the session on the were Sinch AB (ST:), which rose 4.53% or 0.91 points to trade at 20.89 at the close. Meanwhile, Evolution AB (ST:) added 3.72% or 30.60 points to end at 853.00 and Samhallsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (ST:) was up 3.42% or 0.15 points to 4.48 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were SAAB AB ser. B (ST:), which fell 0.15% or 0.40 points to trade at 234.80 at the close. H & M Hennes & Mauritz AB B (ST:) added 0.03% or 0.10 points to end at 149.10 and ABB Ltd (ST:) was up 0.10% or 0.60 points to 604.60.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Stockholm Stock Exchange by 516 to 272 and 73 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for February delivery was up 0.92% or 0.64 to $70.26 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March rose 0.84% or 0.61 to hit $73.46 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract fell 0.87% or 23.21 to trade at $2,630.69 a troy ounce.
EUR/SEK was down 0.24% to 11.48, while USD/SEK fell 0.22% to 11.01.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.03% at 107.86.
