At the close in NYSE, the gained 0.20%, while the index lost 0.51%, and the index lost 0.93%.
The best performers of the session on the were International Business Machines (NYSE:), which rose 4.33% or 7.96 points to trade at 191.98 at the close. Meanwhile, Salesforce Inc (NYSE:) added 2.70% or 6.74 points to end at 256.52 and Caterpillar Inc (NYSE:) was up 2.46% or 8.26 points to 344.30 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Honeywell International Inc (NASDAQ:), which fell 5.24% or 11.20 points to trade at 202.45 at the close. Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:) declined 2.45% or 10.50 points to end at 418.40 and Intel Corporation (NASDAQ:) was down 1.89% or 0.60 points to 31.10.
The top performers on the S&P 500 were ServiceNow Inc (NYSE:) which rose 13.40% to 828.79, Molina Healthcare Inc (NYSE:) which was up 12.28% to settle at 324.17 and Universal Health Services Inc (NYSE:) which gained 10.23% to close at 204.99.
The worst performers were Edwards Lifesciences Corp (NYSE:) which was down 31.34% to 59.70 in late trade, Ford Motor Company (NYSE:) which lost 18.36% to settle at 11.16 and West Pharmaceutical Services Inc (NYSE:) which was down 14.40% to 277.16 at the close.
The top performers on the NASDAQ Composite were Predictive Oncology Inc (NASDAQ:) which rose 74.77% to 1.87, Salarius Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ:) which was up 63.55% to settle at 3.50 and EzFill Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:) which gained 61.04% to close at 4.01.
The worst performers were 2U Inc (NASDAQ:) which was down 63.35% to 1.51 in late trade, Expion360 Inc (NASDAQ:) which lost 47.02% to settle at 0.55 and Kindly MD Inc (NASDAQ:) which was down 39.38% to 1.97 at the close.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the New York Stock Exchange by 1806 to 1020 and 86 ended unchanged; on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange, 2037 rose and 1317 declined, while 105 ended unchanged.
Shares in ServiceNow Inc (NYSE:) rose to all time highs; rising 13.40% or 97.92 to 828.79. Shares in Edwards Lifesciences Corp (NYSE:) fell to 3-years lows; falling 31.34% or 27.25 to 59.70. Shares in Universal Health Services Inc (NYSE:) rose to all time highs; gaining 10.23% or 19.02 to 204.99. Shares in West Pharmaceutical Services Inc (NYSE:) fell to 52-week lows; losing 14.40% or 46.61 to 277.16. Shares in 2U Inc (NASDAQ:) fell to all time lows; falling 63.35% or 2.61 to 1.51. Shares in Expion360 Inc (NASDAQ:) fell to all time lows; falling 47.02% or 0.49 to 0.55. Shares in Kindly MD Inc (NASDAQ:) fell to all time lows; down 39.38% or 1.28 to 1.97.

Gold Futures for August delivery was down 2.19% or 52.80 to $2,362.90 a troy ounce. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Crude oil for delivery in September rose 0.75% or 0.58 to hit $78.17 a barrel, while the September Brent oil contract rose 0.70% or 0.57 to trade at $82.28 a barrel.
EUR/USD was unchanged 0.05% to 1.08, while USD/JPY rose 0.01% to 153.88.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.03% at 104.15.
