Investing.com – Finland stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Helsinki, the fell 0.30%.
The best performers of the session on the were Outokumpu Oyj (HE:), which rose 1.29% or 0.04 points to trade at 3.37 at the close. Meanwhile, Nokia Oyj (HE:) added 1.23% or 0.04 points to end at 3.55 and Orion Oyj B (HE:) was up 0.81% or 0.32 points to 39.86 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Qt Group Oyj (HE:), which fell 6.91% or 5.75 points to trade at 77.45 at the close. Fortum Oyj (HE:) declined 4.65% or 0.67 points to end at 13.65 and Wartsila Oyj Abp (HE:) was down 1.67% or 0.31 points to 18.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Helsinki Stock Exchange by 95 to 66 and 24 ended unchanged.
Brent oil for September delivery was down 0.15% or 0.13 to $85.13 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Crude oil for delivery in August fell 0.15% or 0.12 to hit $81.62 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 0.11% or 2.50 to trade at $2,339.10 a troy ounce.
EUR/USD was unchanged 0.08% to 1.07, while EUR/GBP unchanged 0.09% to 0.85.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.01% at 105.56.
