The alleged ringleader of a Penn State University fraternity cocaine distribution ring is now in custody.

Pennsylvania’s Attorney General Dave Sunday announced that Agostino Abbatiello, 24, from Westbury turned himself in Tuesday morning.

The suspect was arraigned by a judge on “numerous felonies” and was denied bail after the attorney general said he failed to appear to his scheduled arraignment on Monday.
